Quantum physics - attempting to explain the unexplainable; the collective unconscious, neuro-science, neuro-chemistry and our neurological system. Let's celebrate our miraculous brain.

What we do in the world ...our actions vs. our intentions and aligning the two. A balance of what we want vs. what we need. Everything tangible. When we explore the deeper connection between our internal and external environments, we become more conscious of our own power, our personal responsibility and how our lives are improved by acting with intention. Karma, conscious living, and the bond to spirit, the collective unconscious and a higher power. It's an energy and it's POSITIVE!
There is a lot of confusion about the difference between our feelings (happy, sad, fearful, angry), and our emotions. Feelings are more universally felt in nature and circumstance, while our emotions are an expression of the personality and what we put out in the world. Emotions are the tension between our inside world and the outside world. They're our 'reactions' towards someone or something, and usually involve our ego.
Exploring our Emotional Life means tuning in to how we are feeling: inside ourselves, within our different environments, as well as with the people we choose to have in our lives. Our commitment to activities and behaviors that provide: a sense of accomplishment, creative outlet, or some sense of purpose or support, enhances our well-being and the well-being of others.
The dynamics of a healthy relationship begin with you! When we feel comfortable with who we are, know our value and that we're worthy of love, we love and value others. Let's explore personal, family and professional relationships. What it means to 'trust'. Heart-centered, authentic communication. Needs, boundaries and the importance of listening. Sex vs. sensuality. Inner & outer relationships with ourselves, the global community, and to things, like money.

Although I never got the chance to meet Elli, her wisdom lives on in both Arianna Huffington and Agapi Stassinopoulos (two sisters) who touch you with their warmth and generosity of spirit from the moment you meet them. Here, Agapi shares from her heart.
My mother, Elli, passed away 12 years ago, but there's not a single day that I don't feel her presence with me, especially when I am in festive gatherings where there are people and food involved. She never missed a chance to celebrate life. She was the quintessential caretaker, an earth mother who infused everyone around her with her infectious spirit of generosity and inclusiveness. To my mother, there was no such thing as hierarchy.

Our bodies know how to digest REAL food, not synthetic chemicals that are made in labs. We cannot see, nor feel inflammation in the arteries of the heart (which causes the hardening) - until it is too late. Dr. Dwight Lundell noticed that what he was taught as a physician, did not jive with what he saw in his practice as a surgeon. He retired in 2003, and began writing books about inflammation in the body as an allergic reaction to synthetic chemicals in our food sources. He presented case studies from patients he had worked with (in the 8 years prior to his retiring); and spoke out against using statin drugs. In 2009, despite the fact that he had been retired for 6 years, the Arizona Medical Board went after him. His license was revoked and they issued a press release that warned: speaking out against conventional medicine and the pharmaceutical companies can cost you your license. Here, the good doctor shares from his heart about what he discovered over many years as a physician.
